Ponoka Stampede Chuckwagons back on track and Jason Glass has outside chance

The Ponoka Stampede got back on track after having to cancel Thursday night's heats due to rain.

While the track was a bit sluggish because of the wet weather there was still some exciting action with last year's Champion Chanse Vigen jumping into first place.

And because of the cancellation of night two they've restructured Sunday's finals.

The semi-final run on Sunday night won't happen now because of it so drivers will get to shoot for the top four barrel positions in the aggregate standings.

The final four after Sunday night's run will go into the $75,000 Tommy Dorchester Championship Final heat.

High River's Jason Glass even has an outside chance of making the final four too with a solid 5th-place penalty-free run Friday night moving him into 9th in the aggregate.
