The AJHL Okotoks Oilers had a pair of home games on tap over the weekend.

They were able to pick up two out of four points as they beat the Fort McMurray Oil Barons 6-1 on Saturday night.

However, the visiting Bonnyville Pontiacs were able to beat the Oilers 4-2 on Friday night at the Centennial arena.

The Oilers also debuted new goalie Mikael Kingo behind the pipes on Saturday night as he made 22 saves for the win.

The Oilers now start preparing to welcome the Brooks Bandits to town on Friday night as their five-game homestand comes to an end.
