Okotoks' Jordan Hansen has been named Captain of Team Canada at the 2022 PBR Global Cup.
This is Hansen's third time wearing the 'C' for Team Canada.
The Professional Bull Riders event is taking place in Arlington, Texas.
The last minute change was due to an injured Dakota Buttar (Kindersley, Sask.) having to withdraw from the team.
Team Canada also now welcomes Jake Gardner (Fort St. John, B.C.) to the team.
And there's also been a change regarding Team Mexico with local bull rider Edgar Durazo.
Durazo, who lives just outside of High River, is also unable to compete as he has an injured foot.
The one day event goes Saturday, March 5 with six teams representing Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the U.S.A. will field two teams.
