Cavalry FC will have their shot at redemption this upcoming Saturday October 28 versus the Forge FC from Hamilton.

Cavalry beat Pacific 2-1 in the CPL semifinals this past Saturday.  They took the lead early with a goal in the 26th minute by Daan Klomp and Ali Musse scored one in the 62nd minute with Pacific scoring in the 66th minute to make it close.

And in a weird case of irony Cavalry will once again play Forge in the playoffs.

The Forge beat Cavalry just two weeks ago in their first semifinal match with the winner going directly to the Championship final match.

With Cavalry losing they had to take on Pacific with the winner going to the Championship final against Forge.

The Championship final goes this Saturday in Hamilton at 4 p.m. MST.

The winner of the Championship match will get to hoist the new league trophy the Canadian Premier League's North Star Cup.
