All four lanes of the Kicking Horse Pass are allowing much easier, quicker and safer access for long weekend plans in B.C.
The area has been worked on for years with the completion of phase four of the project on November 30, 2023.
The Kicking Horse Canyon Project allows passage through the Rocky Mountains on the Trans-Canada, just northwest of Lake Louise, Alta.
A recent social media posting from Feb. 7 has garnered hundreds of comments and even more shares.
The photo that was shared is of Frenchman's Bridge with the posting stating: "The bridge is supported by piles anchored deep in the bedrock.
Beyond the bridge, Lynx Viaduct leads to Bighorn Bridge and Sheep Bridge at the west end of the project."
