We have all seen the satellite images of Alberta farmland and towns. However, artist Elisa Sereno-Janz sees those pictures in a very unique way, and has created abstract oil paintings that will have you tracing the flow of rivers and see farmland and towns in a way you have never seen before.

The exhibit is at the Okotoks Art Gallery and is called Watermarks: The Rivers of Alberta.

Take the time to see these works of art in the small gallery at OAG. Look at theses paintings from a variety of angles, from a distance and up close, to really appreciate how the artist has used these images and brought them to life in such a beautiful and colourful way.

This exhibit is only up until April 30th, so don't miss it.
