The Notre Dame Timberwolves Junior A, grade 8 and 9 boys volleyball team has captured both the Foothills Athletic Council League title and the South-Central Zone 3J Championships.

The Timberwolves travelled to Red Deer Lake school November 8th to compete for the F.A.C. league title where they defeated the host Dragons
two-sets-to-none.

Two days later Notre Dame travelled to Canmore and captured the South-Central Zone 3J Boys championships defeating Meadow Ridge school from Okotoks in the gold medal match.

The coach says the team had an outstanding season capturing gold at their home tournament.

It's the school's first ever back-to-back titles in the school's history.
