If you're hoping to visit Moraine Lake, you'd better start booking.
Personal vehicles are no longer permitted on Moraine Lake Road, and visitors will need to book a shuttle or take commercial transportation instead.
The announcement was made in January, with the Government of Canda stating traffic flaggers were required 24 hours a day to direct vehicles, and that parking lots were almost always full.
Shuttles to Moraine Lake/Lake Louise opened for booking this week.
REMINDER: Reservations for the Parks Canada shuttle to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake are now open! 🚍

Let us do the driving! Booking a shuttle is the easiest way to visit these lakes this summer.

Some seats can be booked in advance, and more are to be made available two days in advance.
Visitors will still be able to drive to Lake Louise, but parking might be hard to come by.
