Fort Macleod RCMP are looking for the public's help in tracking down suspects that tried stealing gas in Granum.
On May 3 in the early morning hours a suspect or suspects attempted to steal gas from JP's Petro & General Store.
The gas pump hoses were damaged causing a large fuel spill.
It led to the area being shut down for hours while it was cleaned up and traffic was rerouted.
Granum is a hamlet off Highway 2, approximately halfway between Claresholm and Fort Macleod.
