Foothills County is hosting a public information meeting on the proposed biodigester later this month.

Representatives from the project's three partners (Rimrock Renewables LP, Tidewater Renewables LP, and Korova Feeders Ltd.) will be in attendance to provide information and answer questions from landowners.

In a public notice, the county specifies that the meeting is for informational purposes only, and no decisions regarding the project will be made at the meeting.

Those wanting to attend can do so in person at the county's administration building, or virtually via conference call.

Attendees will need to register beforehand by contacting publichearings@foothillscountyab.ca

Registrants must also submit their questions beforehand

The deadline to register and submit questions is Jan.19, and the meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 25.
