The Okotoks Night Market was a blast! The Eagle Street Team had a great time eyeing all the great products local businesses and artisans had to offer.
There was a little something for everyone in the family; from fresh cut flowers, homemade hair scrunchies, makeup, to hand-crafted art.

Food trucks and food vendors were a hit. There was yummy bubble tea that was a popular treat to help one keep cool during the beautiful summer evening.

Many talented local musicians performed at the market. Michela Sheedy, an Okotoks born and raised county singer, gave a fantastic performance during the market.

Kids could get there face painted and play in the park while parents wandered the Night Market. A chalkboard inviting people to answer questions was a neat addition to the market. The Chalkboard engaged people of all ages to answer different questions. My favourite question was "what brings you joy?"

The Eagle Street Team will be heading down to Nanton this long-weekend for Round-Up Days. There will be pancake breakfast, farmers market, and a firefighters' BBQ on August 3rd.

On August 4th make sure you check out the Junior Rodeo at the AG grounds and the annual Chili Cook-Off downtown Nanton.

Monday, August 5th is the Boosters Parade, Children's Festival, and Duck Racing. Make sure you have high to us in the Eagle Crusier during the Parade.
