The Calgary Real Estate Board has released its June home sales stats.

With 87 sales and only 84 new listings in Okotoks, inventory dropped to its lowest level ever reported for June.

The persistently tight conditions caused prices to rise again in June.

The benchmark price reached a record high of $585,300, two per higher than in May and six per cent higher than last year.

The Foothills Region saw 174 sales, 196 new listings, a benchmark price of $589,100 and an average price of $662,578.
