The Dawgs were unable to keep their impressive winning streak alive Tuesday night losing 6-3 to the Moose Jaw Miller Express.

The Dawgs will look to redeem themselves Wednesday night in the rematch.

The Dawgs move to 23-6 on the season.

Cole Cramer (Washington State, WA) would go 2 for 5 on the night. Caleb Lumbard (Okanagan College) would go 2 for 2 and would score on a wild pitch for the Dawgs in the top of the 7th. Ricky Sanchez (Barton College, KS) would score 2 runs on a double in the top of the 9th but that was as close as the Dawgs would get.

The Dawgs would only be able to muster up 6 hits in the loss. Gavin Wuschke (Okanagan College) would go 3 innings tonight surrendering no hits, no runs, and striking out 2 batters. The Dawgs bullpen would come in and run into a hitting display by the Miller Express. Brody Forno (Williston State College, ND) would go 2.2 innings allowing 1 hit, and 2 runs while striking out 3.

The Dawgs will wrap up the quick two-game series at Ross Wells Park on July 5th with first pitch set for 7:05 pm.

The Dawgs will travel to Regina on July 6th to take on the Red Sox, opening pitch set for 7:05 pm.
