The Okotoks Oilers will take a six-game winning streak into their game against the Canmore Eagles tonight at the Pason Centennial Centre.

The Oilers are 18-2-2 on the season, sitting in second place to the rival Brooks Bandits in the AJHL South division. 

Netminder Ashton Abel was awarded last week's AJHL defensive player of the week.

This weekend also sees the Oilers host the Drumheller Dragons on Saturday.
