The AJHL Okotoks Oilers lit up the Dragons in Drumheller last night.
The final score was 7-2, snapping the Oilers three-game losing streak.
It sets up the team nicely for this weekend with two games lined up at the Centennial Arena.
Tonight, the Lloydminster Bobcats come to town for a 7 p.m. start time. The last time these two teams tangled was during the AJHL Showcase on September 28th. The Oilers hammered them in that game 10-2.
And then it's a Halloween special coming up on Sunday with an afternoon game at 4:15 with the Drayton Valley Thunder.
All kids that dress up in their Halloween costume get in free and there's also a contest for best dressed with Tom's House of Pizza gift cards being doled out.
And of course, you know the Oilers will have plenty of candy to giveaway throughout the weekend.
