It was another big win at home for the Okotoks Marauders on Sunday, while the High River Heat came close to a big victory.

The Marauders team put 58 shots on net to beat the Jr. Outlaws 13-6 at the Okotoks Recreation Centre.

Nine different Marauders scored for the team in the win with Max Pocherewny, Lucas Harlow, Drew Dunbar, and Lucas Harlow scoring two goals each.

Blake Robinson, Clayton Candy, Lyric Kleutsch, Jacob Harlow, and Grayson Bateman had the other goals.

The Marauders currently stand second in the South Division standings with an 8-7 record.

The team hits the road to Calgary on Thursday for a date with the Jr. Mounties at 8 p.m.

Meanwhile, the High River Heat had an outstanding performance from Degan Finlay, who scored five goals against the Mountain View Stingers.
