Dewdney Players Group Theater are putting on a special performance of It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Show for their opening night on the 11th.
The group will be donating funds from the opening night of their production to the Okotoks Legion.

This beloved holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940’s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble of 5 actors, they bring a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve. Shows will run Nov. 11, 12, 17-19 and 24-26 at 7:30 p.m, with a delayed start on Nov. 18, at the Rotary Performing Arts. There will be door prizes, silent auction items at intermission and a collection bin for the Okotoks Food Bank. Tickets cost $20 for adults and $15 for children and seniors and can be purchased at the door or online HERE.
