Give yourself a lot of time and space on the roads today

With the drop in temperatures and snow turning to ice on the highways, traffic is backed up all over southern Alberta.

It's especially slow throughout Calgary.

Earlier, Highway 2 just south of High River was closed to traffic due to a collision which has since been cleared.
