The Aldersyde area got hit with a massive hail storm about 2:00 o'clock this afternoon.
At 1:22 p.m. Environment Canada issued a Weather Advisory saying the conditions were favourable for the development of funnel clouds.

Hail pelted the area from the corner where Highway 2A turns into Highway 7 to just north of the Cargill plant .
Fields were completely white and looked like a mid-December snow storm.
Roads were also covered in wet, thick hail as motorists slowly made their way through the area.
