A solid start at the Strathmore Stampede for High River's Jason Glass Friday night.

His wagon was the 5th best on the night after the 1st night of racing.

It was a different story for Okotoks' Mark Sutherland who finished back in 25th while HighRriver's Jordie Fike was 27th.

Night two of racing goes tonight. with Gary Gorst leading the overall aggregate.

The races run through till Monday night.
