Former Okotoks Oiler goaltender, Connor Ungar signed a two-year entry level deal on Monday (March 18) in the NHL with the Edmonton Oilers.

Ungar played two games in the regular season with Okotoks back in the 2018-2019. He also made one appearance for the Green and Gold in playoffs that same season.

Ungar signs the deal after putting up solid numbers for Brock University of U SPORTS. He would get 20 wins under his belt in just 26 games this season.

Ungar will now join another former member of the Green and Gold, Dylan Holloway with the Edmonton Oilers organization.
