The Calgary Flames can put a real cap on their suprising season with some hardware at Wednesday night's NHL awards from Las Vegas.

It's a solid bet to say both Bob Hartley and Johnny Gaudreau could and should come away with the Coach of the Year and Rookie of the Year trophies.

Defenceman Mark Giordano is up for the NHL Foundation Award for his community service work.

And, while not a lock, it's not too far fetched to see Jiri Hudler come home with the Lady Byng Trophy as the league's most sportsmanlike player.

The awards kick off at 5 o'clock our time.
