It's the final countdown people! Only a month left to submit a recipe to the Okotoks Food Bank cookbook!

If you haven't heard about the cookbook (first off, where have you been!? lol) click here for all the details.

When we first heard of the cookbook, back in December of last year, we wanted to submit a recipe as the Eagle 100.9 but we thought how do we ALL decide on a recipe to submit?

A CONTEST THAT'S HOW.

We had a ginormous pot luck and everyone that brought in a home-cooked meal was judged, we then picked the top three dishes of the day.

I got on the podium with a bronze medal finish with my very easy but very tasty Hamburger Dip! (This is one of my biggest accomplishments in all my 25 years on this earth!)

Lee came in second with the Carrot Cake she made, the recipe had been passed on from her husband's side of the family for generations. AND MY GAWD it was good!

Tammy was not playing around with her dish, it was a Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Ring - basically, a delicious buffalo chicken dip baked inside a fresh croissant.

Is your mouth watering? Because mine is! So, of course, that came in FIRST PLACE!

We have submitted our dishes to the cookbook and fingers crossed one of them gets featured!

Now it's time for you to send in your recipes! If ya love it and everyone you make it for loves it then send it in! Don't deprive the community of deliciousness.

All recipes can be sent to cookbook@okotoksfoodbank.ca and all guidelines/criteria can be found below.

You got until February 15th, 2020!
