Controversial pamphlets are now being left at homes in High River

Late last week graphic anti-abortion pamphlets started showing up in High River.

They've also been appearing in neighbouring towns like Okotoks and Strathmore already for weeks and months.

While bylaws have been passed in Calgary and Strathmore to only allow pamphlets to be distributed in an envelope there aren't any bylaws on the books in High River or Okotoks.

In Okotoks, a petition was started to get the same thing or something similar to Strathmore's bylaw.

The graphic pamphlets are being stuffed in homeowners' mailboxes or simply just in their front door.
