It was a quick exit from the Alberta Junior Female Hockey League playoffs for the Foothills Storm.
The first-year team went into the playoffs in second place after the regular season., leading their first-round opponents, the Lethbridge Eagles, by just a single point.
However, they dropped their opening round best-of-three playoff falling 3-2 Saturday night at the Blackie Arena and 2-0 Sunday afternoon in Lethbridge.
Still, a great showing for the rookie laden squad.
