Canada West is 0-2 so far at the World Junior A Challenge going on in Truro Nova Scotia.
Sweden defeated Canada West 4-2 in their opening game Sunday with Okotoks Oiler Rylan Brown recording an assist in a losing cause.
On Monday, Canada East beat Canada West 5-2.
Rylan Brown got his second assist of the tourney while Canada West captain Jack Silverberg of the Okotoks Oilers added an assist as well.
Sam Huck of the Oilers has, so far, been kept off the scoresheet.
Canada West takes on Slovakia this afternoon (Dec. 13) before wrapping up the preliminaries against the U.S. tomorrow night.
Playoffs go Saturday and Sunday.
