The sun shone down on all the participants, volunteers, sponsors, and organizers who made the 2018 Natural High Triathlon a major success! On Saturday, July 7th over 250 individuals from the Okotoks community gathered for the 9th Annual Charity Triathlon in support of KidSport, a charity which supports local youth in participating in sport. For the past nine years, KidSport has been the charity of choice for Natural High Fitness and throughout this time they have raised over $110 000 for the organization. KidSport believes every child should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. KidSport provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing an organized sport. It is a wonderful cause and everyone showed their support by doing their best within their roles in the Triathlon! Big congragulations to Andrew and Shari Gustafson, the race directors for doing such an incredible job organizing the event which has brought so much joy to members of our wonderful community! Also a big thanks to them for having the Eagle Street Team in attendance to experience the sunshine with all the motivated and dedicated individuals who made the day a success!
Be sure to check out the images below of the Eagle Street Team's time there!
