Big Red's 1st Birthday was celebrated on Saturday, July 8th, 2018! Granary Road also celebrated their 1st anniversary - the celebrations included a delicious cake, a chicken dance with Big Red, and lots of friends to hang out with at the petting zoo!
Big thanks to everyone at Granary Road for having the Eagle Street Team hang out! We enjoyed the delicious cake, dances, and music! Be sure to make your way over to Granary Road this summer as they feature over 3 km of trails with almost 40 acres of activities! It is a great way to get your friends and family active out in the sun this summer!
Granary Road's upcoming event includes the Square Foot Gardening Club which features tips and tricks for kids to set up a successful garden! Be sure to register at https://granaryroad.com/event/square-foot-gardening-club/. The classes run on July 12th and July 13th ALL DAY - it is a One Day Camp for kids and runs from 9 am to 4 pm. Make sure you don't miss out on this awesome opportunity to improve your gardening skills!
Another one of Granary Road's exciting, kid-friendly events includes a Pizza-Making Class with Soffritto on Saturday, July 21st. Make sure you sign up for your chance to build a traditional, Italian pizza in this hands-on cooking class! The event will run from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm so visit https://granaryroad.com/event/pizza-making-demo-class/ to register before all the spots fill up!

Catch the Eagle Summer Street Team at our next adventure: the Dawgs Pancake Breakfast held at the Seaman Stadium in Okotoks! Join us on Monday, July 9th, 2018 for some delicious pancakes early in the morning. Be sure to arrive early with your friends and family to grab as much breakfast as you can handle! The breakfast will be held from around 9 AM to 11 AM so we'll see you there!
