The fourth WowFest Magic Arts Festival starts Saturday at the Rotary Performing Arts Centre, featuring top magicians and variety artists.

This year is the second time Magician James Jordan will be coming to perform his award winning Vaudeville cabaret.

Jordan says this year's show might be a little different than last.

"This year I wrote a brand new show and debuting it at your festival" he says. "This is our second year, last year we had a great time performing. Everyone seemed to love the show."

Jordan has been doing magic since he was six and has been touring professionally for about 20 years, he says the work is rewarding.

"Every show is different for me because I leave a big portion of my show for audience participation, just to make it challenging. You know when you've been doing it for 20 years, you start having more fun just talking to the people in the audience, thats the best part of it for me."

Wowfest is a family friendly event that has lots for adults only as well, Jordan's Vaudeville performance runs at 3:00PM, 5:007PM, and 7:00PM

"Wowfest is everything that makes you say wow, a lot of its magic because everytime you see a good magic trick you say wow." Jordan says. "There's some juggling involved, theres comedy, we brought in some of the best entertainers from all over the world, as well as a stage illusionists"
