Street sweeping will get underway, once again, today in the Okotoks community.

Crews will be out in the Central Heights, Mountainview, rosemont and Sandstone neighbourhoods. Signs have been placed in the respective areas and residents are asked to remove any and all obstructions from roadways.

The town would like to remind residents that street cleaners run year round, and endeavour to complete a 100 per cent success rate during spring cleaning, however crews will return in the summer months to complete any areas that were missed,

Residents are advised to stay back from street cleaning equipment while it is engaged as it can generate large amounts of dust.
