The Calgary Motorcycle show kicks off the trade show season in January with their annual extravaganza from the BMO Centre.

Show Manager Laurie Paetz says if you're looking for anything motor sports you can't miss this show.

"This is the major manufacturers showcase, product of all the new two wheels, three wheels, four wheels. We have touring companies. We have not for profit charity rides, many of which go through the High River, Okotoks, Black Diamond and Turner Valley areas. This really a playground for anyone that's already an enthusiast, or someone just looking to get into the sport of riding."

The kids will get a chance to ride motorbikes in a safe and supervised envirionment again this year.

They have displays, riding for kids and beginners and of course there's always a draw or two for a motorbike.

This year it's a Triumph Street Twin and for the ladies a draw for a 2016 Kawasaki Ninja 300.

The show runs January 8th to the 10th at Stampede Park.

Ladies coming to the show this year will get a chance to win this awesome Kawasaki Ninja 300!
