There's periodic closures on Veterans Way today, Aug. 28.

The Northbound lane between Elma Street and Mountain street will be blocked off, as crews finish up work on the sidewalk.

Crews will be alternating traffic in the area, motorists are advised to slow down and obey all signs.

Landscaping in the area will continue for the rest of the month.
