The Public Health Agency of Canada is working with the federal and provincial public health departments to investigate an outbreak of E. coli O121 that's been linked to Robin Hood All Purpose Flour, Original.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a food recall for the product that's been distributed in Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Canadians are advised not to use or eat any Robin Hood All Purpose Flour, Original sold in 10 kilogram bags.

While most people made ill by E. coli experience a few days of upset stomach then recover fully, infections can sometimes be life threatening.
