It's that time of year again and this time, the weather is cooperating.

The Parade of Garage Sales starts at 9 AM, and runs until  4 PM.

Many families are selling children's clothing, beds, and baby supplies.

Others may be moving and are trying to get rid of bulky, or large furniture for a good price.
