Three people from High River are recovering from a single vehicle roll over near Macleod Trail and the Deerfoot Trail turnoff on Highway 2 yesterday afternoon, November 25th.

Just before 5 p.m. a car travelling northbound lost control and rolled into a ditch after another vehicle swerved in front of it.

The vehicle that swerved in front did not stop.

STARS Air Ambulance was called to transport the 51-year-old male driver of the car with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

A 62-year-old female and a 70-year-old male passenger also suffered serious injuries and were transported by ambulance to the hospital.

Alcohol and road conditions do not appear to be factors in this collision.

Okotoks RCMP are continuing to investigate.
