School is coming to an abrupt end, and for those graduating or looking for a summer job the 'What now?' question can be a daunting one to answer.

Luckily McBride Career Group has some tips for writing the perfect resume to consider.

Dawn Hansen with McBride Career Group says the one thing you have to remember is to find employment that you what to include on your resume, so you don't go through this later.

"If you can find employment that adds to your resume for your future then that's great, but sometimes that's hard with budgetary restraints."

Hansen says if you find yourself in a position where you don't have a lot of great experience to supplement that by volunteering.

"You can fill that up with volunteer experience or something that you've done in school, like a club experience or volunteering that you've done in sports."

One of Hansen's pet peeves is when job seekers put too much information on the resume.

She reminds seekers to only put in what's helpful, or relevant.

"Put yourself in the shoes of the employer who will be reading that resume, and what are they looking for?" Hansen says "Sometimes the job seeker wants to really tell them everything about themselves, but sometimes its better to really ask yourself what will help me get that job or that interview and only include that"
