Okotoks RCMP are looking for a man who is wanted on multiple drug charges.

On Feb. 18 Okotoks RCMP, along with the General Investigation Section and Crime Reduction Unit, conducted a search warrant on a storage locker in Calgary.

Staff Sgt. Jim Ross says they discovered drugs and drug-related paraphernalia.

"They were able to recover from the storage locker 47 fentanyl pills, eight ounces of cocaine, and 4.4 ounces of ecstasy," he says. "The value of these drugs on the street is estimated at $45,000."

Ross says this seizure likely hasn't made a significant impact on drugs in Okotoks.

"There may have been a little decrease in supply but once again you can only speculate there's a lot of other people who probably step in when supply decreases."

Police say the name linked with the storage locker is believed to be connected to the drug scene in Okotoks.

RCMP are looking for William Prince, 32, who's wanted on three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Okotoks RCMP at 403-938-4202 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
