Okotoks has officially been named in the top ten towns for Kraft's Hockeyville competition, and now the focus is on making it to the top two.

A top two spot would guarantee Okotoks $100,000 in arena upgrades, and if the town wins first place, it will also get to host an NHL game.

Okotoks Hockeyville spokeswoman Connie Drake says the only way to win is with support from the community.

"As a small committee we managed to get us into the top ten now its Okotoks turn to get us into the top two with their voting."

Another way to help Okotoks win $100,000 is volunteering at a voting station at various locations around town on Sunday March 13th. You can register to volunteer here.

"We've seen our community come together like it never has before" Drake says. "I think that now is the time that we need everyone in the town to really come forward, lend their support and help us out."
