The Okotoks Food Bank was treated to a nice Christmas gift this year from a familiar face.

Owen Plumb made a holiday donation to the food bank of $2,251.79 by selling 3D printed masks.

Food Bank Executive Director Pamela McLean says she was amazed by the donation.

"I received a very brief email from Owen saying he wanted to drop by with a donation, I was simply blown away by the caring that these young people had shown."

McLean says normally she doesn't play favourites when it comes to donations but this one certainly won't be forgotten soon.

"This may rank as one of the more memorable donations of 2020, it may rank as the most memorable for my time at the food bank. Over $2,200 from selling these facemasks, I was left speechless for a little bit."
