Downtown Okotoks will be filled with Christmas spirit Friday night for Light Up Okotoks.

To accommodate the event a few road closures will be taking place.

Elizabeth Street, McRae Street, and North Railway Street to Lineham Avenue will be closed to traffic from 4 p.m.- 10 p.m.

Barricades and signs will be in place.
