There's a "Grinch" in High River stealing Christmas lights.

In particular, those which have been painstakingly put out by volunteers as part of the "Light Up George Lane Park" festivities.

Light Up and Parade Chairman Ted Dawson says someone has stolen a bunch of the icicle lights off the south washroom building in the park.

And they'd like them back so everyone can enjoy them.

He says if they're returned to the park, they will "happily" put them back up.
