There's a change in store for the Farmer's Market in High River Thursday.

Orvella Small with SNAPS, says it's in account of road work that's being done in the area.

"Because of the closure on 1st (Street) we're still going to have 4th Avenue but what we're going to do is curl around MacLeod (Trail) a little bit by Carlson's there, so look for some of the marketers and vendors to be out there this week, just so that we can make sure we have a good flow for everybody to be able to shop and see what they might want," Small says.

She says this week there are 53 tables registered, which is the most they've ever had and she gives credit to the vendors for wanting to come out and make it a great success.
