Okotoks Town Council Meets for the first time in November today.

A quiet agenda for the meeting, although there are two presentations during the public delegation portion of the meeting.

The first is a presentation from Jeanette Austin, Executive Director of the Alberta Public Works Association.

Austin will present Council the Alberta Public Works Association's Project of the Year Award for the newly constructed Operations Centre.

The second presentation is also related to an award, Susan Laurin, Community Services Director, will present council a report containing information about the Communities Choosewell Award for Developing Healthy Policies presented to the Town of Okotoks at the Alberta Recreation and Parks Association Conference in October 2017.

The council meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Municipal Centre.

The Town of Okotoks will also now be live streaming Council meetings on the Town's website.
