Media got a sneak peak at what's in store for the Okotoks Dawgs upcoming WMBL season on Friday.

New additions this season include an HD video board that will be more interactive for fans with a camera that will offer live footage, work with the promotions team, and have fun features like the kiss cam. Also new this year the Dawgs have a tie dye jersey they'll wear for Saturday home games that start at 5 o'clock, and online ticketing.

Angie Cox, Dawgs special events and community events coordinator, says she's looking forward to having Seaman Stadium filled with spectators again.

"We have such great support from Okotoks, Foothills, Calgary, and the surrounding area so it's almost a home coming for us to have all of our fans back and the stadium filled. It's such a great feeling to have all of our fans back and the stadium filled. We're also looking forward to our home opener next Friday."

Cox says the Dawgs will be hosting the Fort McMurray Giants for the home opener on June 3.

"The team is playing out of Edmonton until they can get back to Fort Mac but we're grateful they're still able to play and will be here Friday. We're doing a fundraiser and we will have some local fire fighters here, they'll be asking everyone to fill a boot with donations that will go to the Red Cross Fort McMurray and we're donating our 50/50 profits from Friday as well."
