April is Daffodil Month, The Canadian Cancer Society's national campaign to encourage everyone to get involved support the ongoing fight many are and have had against Cancer.

Revenue Development Coordinator for the Canadian Cancer Society Paige Gratton says the society has one event that can be number of things to help raise money for research & support.

"Paint Your Town Yellow is an opportunity for individuals to become cancer fighters in which ever way they're most passionate about ," she says. "so it gives everyone  an opportunity to get involved in fundraising for Daffodil Month combining their passion or their work place in however they kind of picture supporting the Canadian Cancer Society."

Gratton says the ideas for Paint Your Town Yellow are endless.

"The great thing with Paint Your Town Yellow is you can put whatever spin you want on it whether that be a daffodil lunch at your workplace or a craft fair, baseball tournament, a bake sale. You can put your own touch on which ever fundraiser you feel passionate about."
