Claresholm RCMP helped apprehend a man who was allegedly in possession of stolen property last week.

They were advised by Picture Butte RCMP on Wednesday, November 2, of a stolen vehicle that was heading towards Claresholm.  

The vehicle was being driven erratically and had gone into the ditch on one occasion.  
 
Claresholm and Fort MacLeod RCMP located the vehicle on Highway 23 south of Barons.

The say it had been stolen from Lethbridge earlier in the afternoon.  

The accused is also facing numerous Criminal Code charges from Lethbridge police after he was allegedly involved in numerous other thefts from vehicles and attempts to steal other vehicle.  

Timothy Corey Scout of Lethbridge has been remanded in custody to appear in Fort MacLeod Provincial Court Wednesday, November 9.
