The 2017 Okotoks Chamber of Commerce Business Expo is just two months away and there's still time to get your booth registered for what is to be the biggest Business Expos yet.

The Expo is April 28-29 at the Okotoks Rec Centre where 170 vendor spots are available to set-up shop.

Chamber CEO Cheryl Actemichuk says if you're a chamber member or not it's a great opportunity to promote your business and see what else is out there.

"We still do have about 15 booths left in the Murray Arena and we've got a few left in the Piper," she says. "We are going to be having the car show again and food trucks are coming and of course the ever popular Festival of Flavours on Saturday from 11 till 2."

Actemichuk says entry fees are very reasonable when comparing to larger trade shows that are in Alberta.

"If you're a member a booth is $500 for the weekend that includes power, your table and chairs along with a backdrop. If you're not a member it's $700 and then we also have tables too and if you're a member it's $245 and for non members it's $345."

The Business Expo runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on April 28 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 29.

Actemichuk says the event has grown immensely since it's inception.

"It's a great opportunity for businesses in town to network, we have so many new businesses in town that have signed up to be part of the show this year. It's going to be totally different than it's ever been before. We have a new entrance, vendors are moved around, it's going to be a really great show and I encourage everyone to come out and check it out."

Admission to the Business Expo is $2 or $5 for a family and kids aged 11 and under is free.
