Foothills MP John Barlow has a new position.

Conservative Party leader Andrew Sheer has named Barlow Associate Agriculture and Agri-food critic.

He'll be following the portfolio of Liberal Ag Mminister Lawrence MacAulay.

Barlow had been official opposition critic for Inter-Provincial Trade as well as Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee on Natural Resources.
