An exciting month coming up for Lineham House Galleries.

They're opening their latest show, Subjectivus this weekend: an abstract, imagination, and play show.

Janifer Calvez, Co Owner of Lineham House Galleries, says it's a very different show than the gallery has ever put on.

"One won't see landscapes and things like they've seen in the past, but it's exciting abstraction, lots of colours, and pieces that inspire the imagination," she says. "We've got paintings, and three dimensional work both in ceramic and glass, and work hanging from the ceiling as art mobiles."

Subjectivus opens this Saturday, March 10, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lamp working artist Wendy Alger will also be in attendance, demonstrating how she makes colourful glass beads.

Cheryl Taylor, Co Owner of Lineham House Galleries says attendees are in for a unique treat.

"It's fantastic, the house is going to look very different than it has in the past, and we invite everybody to come out and see what we're up to."

The Subjectivus display runs until May 29.

The Galley will also see Algonquin Dene coordinator Diana Frost with the Colouring It Forward Project presentation, with indigenous artist Micheal Fatt on Thursday March 22 at 7 p.m.
