It's game day for the Calgary Stampeders as they host the B.C. Lions in their first pre-season game Tuesday, June 6.

Okotoks Anthony Parker will line up at wide-out for the second straight year as a starter with the Stamps.

Parker, a 2011 first round draft pick is coming off his best season ever with the Stamps, with four TD's and just under 700 yards receiving.

He says he wants to improve again this season.

"The goal is always to improve on the last year. I mean you want to do that from a personal perspective, get more yards, more TD's, things like that. And then obviously from a team perspective is to do one better than we did last year."

Parker says losing the Grey Cup to Ottawa back in November is a big motivator heading into this season.

"We definitely felt like we let that one slip away. I think it festered a little bit in the off season, you guys were a little upset about it. I know for more it was all that much more motivation to come back and put out a good performance for the regular season and get ourselves ready to take another run at the title."

Kick off is 7 o'clock at McMahon Stadium in Calgary.
